Came in under my calories (599 under) and carbs (131 under) for the day but I didn’t eat very good.
I did good this morning. I had a yogurt after riding my bike and then a green juice at the health food store but it went downhill after that. I have been so busy today that I just didn’t have time to fix something to eat.
But I am NOT gonna sweat it. I got on the scales after my shower this afternoon and I have still lost a pound since Sunday. And that was AFTER I ate pizza.
The little girls had a Christmas pageant at the church/school tonight so there went my chicken soup for dinner plans. It went way over the time frame I thought it would take. My littlest one said her belly wanted Sonic for dinner. So mommy gave her what she wanted.
I ended up going to Whataburger and getting their grilled chicken on whole grain bun. I did get myself a small tot at Sonic just because. And you know, it was plenty. Just enough to get the craving over with but not so much that I feel bad about it.
Tomorrow is a new day and I am vowing NOT to eat junk. Chicken noodle soup is calling my name. Now if it would just hurry up and turn winter here in Florida!
